Shipping and Sales Tax
Residents of California will be charged sales tax unless you indicate that you will be reselling the items and provide your resellers permit no. in your order email. Shop owners, businesses, and members of the Jewelry Trade, please be sure to provide your resellers permit or trade references with your order or contact us directly at Christy@TourmalineSource or ccal2003 at yahoo d0t com.
If you would like us to ship outside of the United States please, contact us for a custom quote. All domestic orders will be sent via the United States Postal Service. You may request alternate overnite shipping and we will calculate the cost and include the total on your invoice. We will always do our best to reduce shipping cost by reasonably combining orders. High end packages will be insured.
Returns
We understand some of the limitations of shopping on the web, so if you are not happy with your purchase then please do not hesitate to return it! Please notify us of your intent to return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be returned within 30 days of original delivery.
Items should be returned in undamaged and unaltered condition and packaged well. Parcels must be returned complete. Please remember to send the item back fully insured and properly packaged. We are not responsible for postage on return items. Any returned items should be received by us within 30 days of delivery.
